Ingredients
• 1 cup vanilla pudding* (see recipe below)
• ½ cup milk
• ½ sour cream
• 2 tsp. thick cream
• 5 / 6 pieces of vanilla wafers (crumbled)
• 1 spoon lemon juice ( this is to coat the banana slices)
• Banana slices, peach slices, dry apricots cut in halves, cherries, roasted almonds(cut in small pieces) and pistachio flakes sand or any seasonal of fruit of your choice
Method• Mix together vanilla pudding and 1/2 cup milk
• Add 1 cup sour cream, thick cream and vanilla wafers
• Add bananas or peaches, apricots, strawberries, cherries roasted almonds, pistachio flakes or any kind of fruit you wish
• Layer in pan or put in bowl
• Decorate with a bash of thick cream and top it with fresh crushed cherry
• Refrigerate 1 hour before servingVanilla Pudding
Ingredients
• 2 cups milk
• 1/2 cup white sugar
• 3 tablespoons cornstarch
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 tablespoon butterMethod
• In a medium saucepan heat milk, over medium flame, until bubbles form at edges
• In a bowl, combine sugar, cornstarch and salt. Pour into hot milk, a little at a time, stirring to dissolve
• Continue to cook and stir until mixture thickens enough to coat the back of a metal spoon. Do not boil
• Remove from heat, stir in vanilla essence and butter
• Pour into serving dishes or use in the above recipe. Chill before servingRecipe by Papori Palkar

Finally.. the long awaited blog is out.. 🙂 Looking forward to many more delicious recepies. One thing, I have always experienced with your dishes / food is that they are a blend of creativity, aesthetic, amazing taste and are very healthy with high nutritious value.
